We have every reason to celebrate! 10 years of service – that's not taken for granted these days. We are delighted to congratulate 32 colleagues on this milestone.
A spooky spectacle and unforgettable company celebration! Over 170 colleagues from our branches in Ingolstadt, Augsburg, Fulda, and Neckarsulm immersed themselves in the mystical world of Schloss Thurnau at our company party.
The weather was wonderful and the atmosphere was great. A total of 52 APG employees, including runners and walking groups, represented our company in person or virtually at this year's Ingolstadt company run!
A branded area with a pavilion, flag and beer benches served as a central meeting point to get refreshing drinks and healthy APG muesli balls before and after the run.
Under the motto "Take a break & let's connect", our Kolleg_innen from Human Resources invited visitors to a casual exchange on our APG deck chairs!
Today the Pride month comes to an end and we would like to report on our recent lunch-learning appointment. As a company that promotes diversity and inclusion, it was important for us to recognize and support the importance of this dimension.
Our lunch-learning session offered us the opportunity to learn and discuss together about the different gender identities and sexual orientations in the queer community. We consider queer as an umbrella term that encompasses the entire range of this dimension. We strongly believe that listening, learning and educating are the first step to becoming allies for the LGBTQIA+ community. By informing and raising awareness, we can help create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Since last week, our comfortable lounge chairs on the Sonnendeck Augsburg are available for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to having as many people as possible spend a relaxing evening there in a laid-back atmosphere. Let's soak up the sun together and spread positive vibes!
This year's Easter mail arrived last week in the mailboxes of all APG employees.
In line with the International Day of Health on April 7th, we have placed one of the focal points on the topic of "health-promoting measures at the workplace". The APG yo-yo, specially designed for the campaign, is intended to encourage people to move while working on the computer to playfully provide short relaxation breaks.
In line with the "One Health" concept, the campaign also included an environmentally friendly fruit and vegetable network and tips for a sustainable lifestyle - good for the environment and good for your health.
On the occasion of International Women's Day, we turn our attention to the global campaign #EmbraceEquity and set an example for an equal world.
Equity means respecting the needs of each individual in order to create a fairer society – both privately and in everyday working life.
Our works councillors, specialist coordinators and team leaders support this attitude and, on behalf of the entire company, take part in the campaign as pioneers. Be an ally! Get active too!
We look back on an exciting workshop within the APG leadership circle and our strategy team. Our corporate strategy for the business year 2023 is consolidated and agreed on defined operational targets. Our devise for the coming months: many small steps will bring us closer to our strategic vision. We rely on the personal responsibility of our managers and the cooperation of all APG employees. The focus is on making our strategic goals more measurable, plannable, transparent and flexible.
